Helen has 20 years of experience working in Organisation Design & Development, Learning and Transformation, with a range of global and UK based consumer-facing organisations.
Helen develops strong relationships with clients, based on high levels of trust, mutuality and a strong sense of shared ownership. Her rich experience, coupled with rigorous training in organisational psychology, means that she is skilled in getting to the nub of the issue – bringing to the surface what needs to be named – so that new ideas and interventions have the best chance of making a real and sustainable difference to culture, ways of working and performance.
Prior to working as a consultant Helen worked for the John Lewis Partnership and the Woolworths Group where as well as working in Organisation Effectiveness, Talent Development and Change Management, she also gained commercial and operational experience.
Professional and personal development is important to Helen. She holds a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies from the University of Oxford and the ILM level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring. She is also a Certified Agile Project Management Practitioner and a Transactional Analyst in the Organisational field of application. She enjoys learning with and from her colleagues and clients.
Sarah started her career in corporate development at French Technology consortium Altran Technologies managing acquisitions for the whole of Europe. This M&A team completed a record number of transactions in the consulting market, including the acquisition of the world’s oldest management consultancy brand-Arthur D. Little
Sarah has always excelled in networking; bringing industry leaders together to test new ideas and generate opportunities for business has been the mainstay of her career. She has since diversified her career to include executive search and investment and transformation strategy and in these functions has led talent acquisition for Europe for the Coca-Cola Company and has held a posting at the British Embassy Paris as Head of Investment for UKTI managing foreign investment into the UK.
Sarah became interested in Mindfulness 10 years ago and has qualified as a Mindfulness Teacher at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, specialising in Mindfulness in the Workplace.
Today, Sarah enjoys a multi-faceted career at Endaba working across M&A and integration advisory, executive search as well as the wider Endaba integrated proposition and she also offers mindfulness-based leadership training. Her ambition is to spread the word on mindfulness and to bring its many advantages to the workplace by making it more relatable in a business context.
Verity is the Finance Director for the Endaba Group. She joined the Endaba team in 2015 bringing on board a combination of accounting, taxation and commercial expertise for owner-managed businesses. She has proven influential to Endaba’s growth and profitability by providing strategic advice, assisting in its implementation and delivering sound ongoing financial management. Her support and contribution over the years have undoubtedly made a difference and she continues to responsibly strengthen our position for the future.
With a head for numbers it was a natural next step after graduating for Verity to train as an accountant. The next 10 years she worked within practice gaining valuable commercial experience across a range of industries and working closely alongside owners to assist with the day to day running of their business. Also during this time she was promoted to manager of the Business Services Outsource team with responsibility for client relations, best practice, new business onboarding, system migration and staff mentoring. It was then in 2014 that Verity decided to focus on directly adding value internally within a company and making the move to the Endaba Family.
Verity can honestly say that she loves her work! She often gets labelled as being an accountant but she truly believes what she does is so much more – it is highly rewarding to be able to add value and make a difference, be appreciated for what you do and do it all as part of a genuine and committed team.
Rose is the Chief Operating Officer of Endaba. Her belief that people make for better business fuels her ability to unlock human value for business success through research, coaching, observation and analysis.
Rose’s accomplishments come from working with global corporates from Merrill Lynch to Korn/Ferry Organizational Consulting to small boutiques across a number of consumer sectors bringing industry and consulting experience to her approach.
Rose joined Endaba in 2013 to pioneer Endaba’s Strategic Intelligence to add to the business’ integrated approach and within 2 years was appointed to the Board. Rose has produced exceptional results for clients working with leaders to drive their business success.
With multiple responsibilities Rose is the ‘voice of reason’ working with Patrick Egan to grow and develop Endaba with a progressive client first proposition. Her unwavering loyalty for Endaba is rooted in her deep alignment with Endaba’s values, choosing actively and consistently to live by them in all she practices. She is an important female figurehead to have at the table of any senior executives.
A purpose led leader operating globally with a passion to positively drive business forward with people at the centre. Adapting cutting-edge ideas and philosophies and applying these to the areas of senior search and leadership development. His approach to finding the right person has always been as much about character and cultural fit as it is competence.
For Patrick, seeing people change their perspective and open their minds to new ways of thinking was the most rewarding aspect of his coaching business. Taking learnings from his coaching experiences and applying his natural ability of understanding of how people tick into executive search enabled him to always go further and look at candidates behaviours, leadership style and cultural fit delivering a ‘right first time’ approach to placements.

Patrick specialises in C-suite and board level appointments across all functions and leadership development programmes. Motivated by challenging the norms, getting the best out of people and helping to build progressive businesses, he has spearheaded The Endaba Group’s international growth. He has a wealth of experience in understanding the cultural nuances of business in different regions and his ambitions are very much to ensure Endaba’s international footprint continues to grow; whilst staying true to the brands core values.
Lynette’s unwavering belief in the leadership potential of everyone and deep understanding of human and cultural behaviour has enabled her to bring business growth and leadership trans-formation to the world’s leading corporations for over 3 decades. Since day one in her career she has been pushing for positive shifts in leadership and is known in the industry for her relentless commitment and focus on people, their professional journey and how she supports them to be the best they can be.
During the first 18 years of her career she was in senior executive search roles and had the honour to serve companies such as Disney, Next, Marks and Spencers and Ralph Lauren.
Having witnessed the pitfalls of the transactional nature of the headhunting industry she set up Endaba in 1999 to challenge the status quo with bold principles of trusted relationships, the entire talent lifecycle, (not simply recruitment), commitment and innovation.
Today Endaba is known as the go-to consultancy for leadership transformation and development, successfully continuing to innovate and positively disrupt the market.
