During the first 18 years of her career she was in senior executive search roles and had the honour to serve companies such as Disney, Next, Marks and Spencers and Ralph Lauren.
Having witnessed the pitfalls of the transactional nature of the headhunting industry she set up Endaba in 1999 to challenge the status quo with bold principles of trusted relationships, the entire talent lifecycle, (not simply recruitment), commitment and innovation.
Today Endaba is known as the go-to consultancy for leadership transformation and development, successfully continuing to innovate and positively disrupt the market.
For over 20 years Endaba has acted as hands on advisors to global consumer facing clients such as Burberry, Vertu, Bulgari, Inditex, Mars Corp and Nandos to name but a few.
