Helen has 20 years of experience working in Organisation Design & Development, Learning and Transformation, with a range of global and UK based consumer-facing organisations.
Helen develops strong relationships with clients, based on high levels of trust, mutuality and a strong sense of shared ownership. Her rich experience, coupled with rigorous training in organisational psychology, means that she is skilled in getting to the nub of the issue – bringing to the surface what needs to be named - so that new ideas and interventions have the best chance of making a real and sustainable difference to culture, ways of working and performance.
Prior to working as a consultant Helen worked for the John Lewis Partnership and the Woolworths Group where as well as working in Organisation Effectiveness, Talent Development and Change Management, she also gained commercial and operational experience.
Professional and personal development is important to Helen. She holds a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies from the University of Oxford and the ILM level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching & Mentoring. She is also a Certified Agile Project Management Practitioner and a Transactional Analyst in the Organisational field of application. She enjoys learning with and from her colleagues and clients.
