The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) were seeking assistance with their team development.
Endaba developed a bespoke programme that focussed on behaviours, traits and characteristics and how these impact the owners and the wider business.
A programme was developed for the seven executives to develop their working relationship. This comprised of a series of confidential one-to-one sessions over a three month period.
Impactful results were clearly identified after the delivery of the first phase of coaching. The SLT have since appointed Endaba to assist with a further 4 phases of leadership development as well as in the organisation of team days.
