Uniqlo Lifewear campaign asks why we get dressed

“Every day we get dressed…but why?” The campaign for Uniqlo Lifewear opens with this question and is part of the company’s first ever global push! Lifewear is a collection of basics to facilitate everyday life in cultures where people and companies increasingly look the same. The result of the advert is that we don’t notice the clothing, but the people themselves, reinforcing that while we choose our clothes, an outfit doesn’t necessarily draw attention to itself, but is a display of who we are, and reinforces Uniqlo’s values – “relentless commitment to quality, functionality and style”
