TM Lewin changes senior management as it focuses on multichannel

Endaba Group

Mike Trotman, Chief Financial Officer, is the latest senior executive to leave TM Lewin as they focus on their relaunch following a refinancing deal completed in August. Chairman Tony Campbell, Creative Director John Francomb and Ecommerce Director Andrew Mossman all announced their departures last month. Alan White, ex N Brown Chief Executive, replaced Campbell as Non-Executive Chairman and will drive the company’s multichannel strategy. Francomb’s product responsibilities have been taken on by technical Director Wayne Carter and Head of Menswear Anthony Procopi. Mossman, who is still working out his notice, has not been replaced yet.

Chief Executive Geoff Quinn, who has been with TM Lewin for 35 tears, explains that their deal with Sankaty Advisors, part of US private equity firm Bain Capital, gives ample opportunity for the senior team to be reorganised and better prepared financially for the future. There were around 15 other people across buying. merchandising, design and marketing functions who have been made redundant in recent weeks.

They are kickstarting their next phase of growth, focusing on multichannel expansion. Retail will continue to be central, but with 20% of their business online and 30% international, they’re taking the opportunity to do more to combine their offline and online business together.
