Stephanie Phair, President of Net-a-Porter Group’s luxury off-price ecommerce site The Outnet and Ian Tansley, Managing Director of the group’s menswear business Mr Porter have resigned with immediate effect. These departures follow shortly after Net-a-Porter Group’s completed merger with Italian etailer Yoox in October. Phair’s role will now be split between The Outnet’s Vice President of Global Buying Shira Suveyke and Global Sales and Marketing Director Andres Sosa. Tansley is being replaced by Buying Director Toby Bateman.
Also, as part of the restructure, Adrian Evans, Director of Strategy at Net-a-Porter Group, has been promoted to Commercial Director. Lead Cranfield, current Head of Merchandising at Mr Porter, has also been promoted to Merchandising Director for both Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter. Net-a-porter Group’s Head of HR Naomi Hewitt has been appointed Director of People and Organisation for the combined Yoox Net-a-Porter Group. Paul Brennan, Merchandising Director for Net-a-Porter Group, has taken the new role of Deputy Director of the Post-Merger Integration and Operational Excellence. Alison Loehnis was promoted to President of Net-a-Porter Group on October 5th.
