John Lewis have shuffled their senior management team in order to position itself to power ahead in omnichannel retail and put the customer at the heart of their decision making.
- Mark Lewis, Online Director, is now Retail Director
- Paul Nickolds, Buying and Brand Director, is now Commercial Director
- Craig Inglis, Marketing Director, is now Customer Director
- Andrew Murphy, Retail Director, is now the newly created Group Productivity Director
- Dino Rocos, Operations Director, i snow also responsible for “omnichannel customer journey”
