Nike increases diversity strides by creating a sport hijab for Muslim women

Nike, as ever, is changing the game! They’re becoming even more inclusive by creating a sport hijab for Muslim women. Whilst their ‘Pro Hijab’ will not be the first of its kind, as one of the most notable fitness brands in the world, they’re making a statement of inclusion and acceptance, providing Muslim women who work out more choices for their fitness attire and comfort. Nike is making many diversity strides, which is no surprise since they announced the majority of their employees are minorities. The hijab announcement follows Nike’s Diversity campaign for Black History month and its announcement that the company has launched a plus-size line.
