Joyce Green has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Fashion for the US, succeeding Barbara Cirkva, President of Fashion, who will be stepping down from her post in March 2016. Green was most recently Senior Vice President of Multibrand Retail in the fashion division, which she took up in 2013. Prior to joining Chanel in 2007, she has experience at Kiehl’s Since 1851, Clarins and Guerlain.
“With her deep understanding of Chanel from multiple vantage points and across all channels, as well as her strong leadership and client-centric approach, Joyce is perfectly poised to lead the fashion division and our clients into the future,” said John Galantic, President and Chief Operating Officer of Chanel.
Green will start her new role in January and report to Galantic and work closely with Cirkva to ensure a smooth transition.
