Chief Financial Officer, Ralph Nicoletti, plans to resign from the company on May 20 after 2 years with the firm. Newell Brands Inc. have confirmed Nicoletti will join the company in June.

Diane Von Furstenberg

Jonathan Saunders joins Diane Von Furstenberg as Chief Creative Officer, effective immediately. Saunders will report to CEO Paolo Riva and will be responsible for the overall creative of the brand.

Hugo Boss

Hugo Boss has named Mark Langer, its Finance Chief since 2010, as the company’s new Chief Executive to bring the business back on track after their recent disappointing results. Langer has been with the company 13 years and replaces Claus-Dietrich Lahrs, who stepped down after a profit warning.

Kering Eyewear

Kerring Eyewear has announced the appointment of Glenn Rusk as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America, effective immediately. Rusk will report to Antonio Bortuzzo, Head of Kering Eyewear Americas and will be responsible for developing sales and the visibility of the Kering Eyewear brand in the North America market.

Fashion Box Ltd.

Fashion Box Ltd., owner of the Replay, Replay & Sons and We Are Replay brands, announced that Aldo Palmeri has joined the group’s board of directors. Palmeri will act as Executive Director in charge of administration, finance and controlling, human resources, operations and services.

L’Oreal

Vismay Sharma has been appointed the new Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. Sharma has been Country Managing Director for L’Oreal Indonesia since 2012, and he replaces Michel Brousset, who has been promoted to become President of the Consumer Products Division in North America.
