Monsoon Accessorize

Gill Moore is joining Moonsoon Accessorize as its first ever Chief Customer Officer. Moore is joining from New Look, where she was the Group Marketing Director.

Claire’s Accessories

Clarie’s Accessories Chief Executive, Beatrice Lafon, has resigned after 2 years at the helm. The resignation is said to have been without cause and not due to a disagreement with the company. Lafon has been replaced by long-time board member, Ron Marshall.

Ralph Lauren

Valerie Hermann has been promoted to the expanded role of Global Brand President for Luxury, Women’s Collection and World of Accessories. Ralph Lauren CEO Stefan Larsson is making numerous changes to the company’s management team, and Hermann will continue to report directly to Larsson in her new role. Christine Beauchamp, Global Brand President for Lauren, Chaps, American Livig and Ralph, will part ways with the company in mid-May for personal reasons, and Group President of Wholesale, North America, Kim Roy, has left the company.

Rag & Bone

Rag & Bone have announced the appointment of Lydia Forstmann to Chief Commercial Officer, a new position created in the company. Forstmann will lead the company’s wholesale, retail, merchandising and business development and will report directly to David Neville and Marcus Wainwright, Rag & Bone’s CEOs. Forstmann joins the company from Tory Burch.

LVMH Fragrance Brands

Alain Lorenzo, President and Chief Executive Officer of LVMH Fragrance Brands, is to step down from is role in July, citing personal reasons. Lorenzo is also the President of Parfums Givenchy. Romain Spitzer, European General Manager of Parfums Christian Dior is to succeed Lorenzo on both of his roles.


Alibaba Group Holding Ltd’s finance arm Ant Financial Grouop, has hired former-Goldman Sachs Group Inc banker Douglas Feagin. Feagin will join as Senior Vice President and he will be in charge of the unit’s international business.


Benetton has appointed Francesco Gori as Non-Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. Gori is replacing Gianni Mion, who has held the position for 2 years and is now stepping down.

Gü Puds 

Chris Heyn has been promoted from Head of Brand to Marketing Director with a global remit. He held the role of Head of Brand for 2 and a half years.

American Eagle 

American Eagle Outfitter announced the appointment of Peter Z. Horvath to Chief Global Commercial and Administrative Officer. Horvath will report to Chief Executive Officer Jay Schottenstein and was most recently CEO and Chairman of Mission Essential Personnel LLC.
