House of Fraser Chief Customer Officer resigns

Endaba Group

House of Fraser Chief Customer Officer Andy Harding has quit after 5 years, with Alison Lancaster replacing him in the interim. The role was created in mid-2015 during the brands’ internal shake up to put the customer at the centre. The CCO is now integral to the brand’s positioning to ensure their full focus is on customers and every element of a customers’ experience, both digital and physical, proves that they are customer-centric. Moss Bros and River Island are amongst many brands that are seeing the value in a COO to oversee the entire breadth of marketing to ensure its alignment.
