Chow Tai Fook named China’s most digitally competent brand

Chow Tai Fook has been named China’s most digitally competent brand in 2016! Followed by Burberry, Coach and Cartier, digital intelligence firm L2 analysed brands’ websites, ecommerce, digital marketing, social media and mobile presence to calculate their digital competence. More than 3 in 5 brands were digitally ‘challenged’ or ‘feeble’, and for those that are successful, ecommerce plays a key role. Chow Tai Fook is active on Tmall and JD.com platforms, giving them control of all first-page brand search results on the platforms, allowing a strong edge over grey-market and counterfeit sales.
