Banana Republic to close all 8 UK stores

Endaba Group

Banana Republic will close all 8 of its stores in the UK as part of a broader strategy to improve the company’s performance in the long-term after more than a year of disappointing sales. The Gap Inc-owned brand is expected to close around 75 stores across the globe as part of the strategy as they focus their efforts on markets more favourable to their growth. They currently have more than 650 company-operated stores in North America, Japan and Europe, and more than 100-franchise operated shops in 20 countries globally.
