Apple reveals partnership with Hermès

Endaba Group

Apple hosted its annual product release event on Wednesday, a year after it announced the Apple Watch – the watch has its first round of updates. There are not many new accessories, two new metal colours, and a partnership with French luxury brand Hermès.

The luxury brand will create leather straps for the standard stainless steel model and a trio oaf special watch faces which will assimilate Hermès’ traditional watches. The prices will range from $1,100 for a single wrap strap to $1,500 for full leather cuff. The straps will come in a variety of colours, such as black, red, tan and blue. These watches will be sold in a limited selection of retail stores and will be packaged in Hermès’ signature orange boxes. They are due to go on sale in October.
