Endaba were retained to find the client an SVP International. This role would lead the strategy, business development, pricing, business and product operations for the brand across all international markets e.g. franchise, wholesale and company owned. To support the Global President in establishing a senior leadership team to start and grow the business.
With such a huge portfolio of centres, the client required support with the recruitment of a number of C-suite and Director level roles across multiple functions and geographies.
Endaba understood that the client wanted to gain intelligence on the structures and digital skill sets required to run a successful digital and online business from a global perspective.
Working across Europe and APAC, Endaba were retained to find over 6 senior executives over an 18-month period. Working with this global yet family-led business, which had recently undertaken a move to a vertical business model as well as dealing with a perceived weakened brand understanding in the Asian market meant that this brief came with a unique set of challenges.
Endaba understood that as the client’s business grows, it is looking to completely overhaul its digital offering to ensure a seamless and world-class guest experience.
The client was in the process of relocating their product creation teams of one of their brands. After a consultation period with existing teams, they predicted that approximately 40 positions would become vacant across various functions at a variety of levels, including a Vice President and 3 Director roles. They were looking to understand the organisational structures, reporting lines, remit of teams and how they interface within the business, as well as the Product Lifecycle of 14 competing brands across Europe. Subsequently, they were looking for top talent to populate the vacancies.
The client wanted to partner with Endaba as an independent, external sounding board. They wished to ensure they were building a strong foundation for the future within each business that they invest and grow.
