The client was looking to understand the structures and workings as well as the interface between the functions to aid a new Director who had not worked in Europe.
Endaba were retained by the client to find a Chief Product & Brand Officer (CPBO). The CPBO would support the long-term strategic plan and be the creative force behind the conception and sourcing of desirable merchandise, and ultimately the custodian of the brand.

This role would lead the strategy, business development, pricing, business and product operations for the brand across all international markets e.g. franchise, wholesale and company owned. The International fleet consisted of more than 275 doors in 25 countries across Asia, Latin America, Mexico, the Middle East and Europe.
The client was looking for a General Manager to run their Asia business. As a British brand, they were looking for someone with extensive experience – a strong understanding of their business as well as Asia, knowledge of the market, and languages within a very short time frame.

With such a huge portfolio of centres, the client required support with the recruitment of a number of C-suite and Director level roles across multiple functions and geographies.

Working across Europe and APAC, Endaba were retained to find over 6 senior executives over an 18-month period. Working with this global yet family-led business, which had recently undertaken a move to a vertical business model as well as dealing with a perceived weakened brand understanding in the Asian market meant that this brief came with a unique set of challenges.
