Patrick is the Managing Director of The Endaba Group. Naturally entrepreneurial and interested in helping people develop, for him finding the right person has always been as much about character and cultural fit as competence. Patrick specialises in c-suite and board level appointments for all functions, and Leadership and Cultural Development across consumer-facing sectors. He has spearheaded The Endaba Group’s international growth.
In 2000 Patrick set up his own professional coaching consultancy where he took cutting-edge ideas and philosophies and applied these to the private sector. For Patrick, seeing people change their perspective and open their minds to new ways of thinking was the most rewarding aspect of his coaching business. Taking learnings from his coaching experiences and applying his natural ability to understand people into executive search enabled him to always go further and look at candidates behaviours, leadership style and cultural fit, delivering a ‘right first time’ approach to placements.
In 2004, Patrick merged his business with Endaba in the knowledge that with the businesses combined skills they could create an exceptional business proposition, which not only propelled them ahead of the curve but offered something different within the market. One of their first initiatives was to combine the roles of search consultant and qualified coach, by offering a complimentary ‘onboarding’ service following successful placements, delivering continuity, fast and effective integration and building trusted relationships.
Clients stretching from North America to Asia have meant he has a wealth of experience with the cultural nuances of business in different regions and his ambitions are very much to ensure Endaba’s international footprint continues to grow, whilst staying true to the brand’s core values.
