A fascination with people has always driven Endaba’s Founder and CEO, Lynette Deutsch. Her innate curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo has characterised her inspirational 35-year career. She specialises in c-suite and board level appointments across all functions, Strategic Intelligence, and Leadership and Cultural Development and acts as an on-hand advisor to clients across consumer-facing sectors.
After 18 years in significant senior executive search roles within corporate companies, Lynette decided it was time to challenge the transactional nature of the headhunting industry and as a result Endaba was formed in 1999. Focused on people, their professional journey and how she could support them to enable them to be the best they could be, she knew from the start that Endaba had to encompass the entire talent lifecycle, not simply recruitment.
Lynette secured long-term contracts with major brands such as Walt Disney, Nokia/Vertu, Next (a relationship spanning over 18 years) and Bulgari soon followed, growing Endaba’s client base. In 2004, Lynette and Patrick created an opportunity to enhance the Executive Search and Strategic Intelligence services by combining them with innovative Leadership Development. They merged their businesses and under their visionary leadership, formed a unique, multi-faceted fully integrated service proposition built on trusted relationships.
For Lynette, this isn’t a ‘job’; it’s simply doing what she loves. She is the embodiment of Endaba’s core values: trust, challenge, commitment and innovation.
