The work that Endaba has carried out with me, in all senses of the word, has been very liberating.
Professionally I have learnt to adopt a far more holistic and people oriented view of my role within the organisation. My involvement with Endaba and Lynette also led to an introduction of their approach and work to the whole Executive Team within the organisation. We learnt a different approach to teamwork, which has resonated throughout the whole team and the behavioural changes we decided to make are now common practice on a day to day basis, delivering greater results for the business.
On a personal level, I have always found my interaction with Endaba to be highly stimulating, thought provoking and, at times, very intellectually challenging. This in turn has encouraged me to widen my horizons and interests outside of my professional activities, stimulating new fascinations and projects. This has enabled me to retain a far more reaching perspective on what makes me operate at my optimum and consequently, how that can be passed on in all areas of my life.
