Endaba's ethical policy is based upon the principle of whatever we do is for the betterment of mankind. We make a difference in every individual we work with, creating a positive ripple effect. Endaba's ethos is to give back to the community by empowering people's growth and success.
We make this possible by giving people the tools to allow them to flourish independently. We currently give our time to charitable organisations such as the Retail Trust and have worked with UNICEF, Shelter and RNIB. Going forward, we will develop the Endaba Charitable Foundation to enable other charities to extend their reach and maximise their effectiveness. Our Charitable Foundation embodies our beliefs that success beyond success is only reached through sustainable growth in an individual. The foundation aims to educate orphans of the Aids epidemic in Zimbabwe and elsewhere and provide them with the tools they need in order to give them a better quality of life.
