How well the mission and purpose of the organisation are understood
The extent to which employees in the organisation have a clear concept of its core values
Whether the organisation has the necessary structure for change and transformation

The Indicator is a quick on-line survey which will reveal your readiness for change. On completion, you will receive a report by e-mail highlighting areas for discussion. A member of the Endaba Team will contact you to expand on the findings.
