THE CHALLENGE:

Following a recommendation due to Endaba’s experience and international scope and high standards in the search industry, Endaba were retained to find a GM of Central & South America for Cath Kidston. After a significant period of international growth they needed support in understanding the potential opportunities and growth structure required within the South American market and how to build it with the right people.

They needed a proven track record at delivering successful market entry strategies required for this significant role. Four potential candidates were shortlisted in less than five weeks and the right candidate selected.
