Holly is Endaba’s driving force. She positively impacts all aspects of the business and continually enhances processes, identifying efficiencies across internal and client projects. With her laser-eye for detail and inquisitive nature, Holly uncovers elements others may not have considered, elevating the quality of service delivery alongside her management of the Endaba Associate network.

Polly drives significant growth for Endaba. She is an integral member of the team and works closely with the Board to deliver exceptional commercial results whilst advancing the long-term goals and core mission. She has an innate understanding of business which enables her to build and nurture relationships across all sectors, delivering results through her authentic and genuine approach.

Jessica spearheads Endaba’s Leadership Development. From concept through to execution, she works in partnership with clients across the globe to design and build bespoke programmes, run an array of diagnostics, and ensure seamless delivery. Working across multiple sectors, she meticulously crafts programmes that empower leaders and drive commercial success.

Ruth is passionate about building long term trusted relationships which enables her to deliver impactful results. She uses her natural ability to connect people, to understand client’s needs and provide candidate solutions that inspire. Her expertise in Leadership Search and ability to engage meaningfully with both candidates and clients leads to the placement of new leaders who go on to empower, influence and drive success.

Aashna is an exceptional People and Talent Strategy leader. Experienced in implementing creative and impactful organizational design and transformation solutions, her scope also encompasses talent acquisition, search, learning and development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is a certified executive coach and holds an MBA in Marketing & Organizational Effectiveness.
